I'm reminiscing, reflecting, and roaming the campus of Interlochen Center for the Arts. Eight amazing, musical summers. And walked by this field that I haven’t thought about in decades.

It was the one and only time I ever saw a meteor shower. We slept out here on the Opera Field. No tent, just blankets, and snuggled in sleeping bags amongst majestic pines. It was myself and a bunch of other bunk mates @interlochenarts .

Nature’s laser light show. Shooting stars. Maybe we even saw a comet. I don't remember, but what I do remember, is that it was magical. Magical like this place.

It’s stayed with me my entire life. Tucked within my heart. It's something I told my children about and wanted to share with you.
